Privacy Policy

OMNIFICENTLY™ private production workspace
Version 2026-10-19.1 · Effective 19 October 2026

1. Responsibility and contact

This policy describes how the OMNIFICENTLY production team handles personal information through this private workspace. The workspace is operated by James Von, operating as OMNIFICENTLY. The production privacy contact is James Von, Production Administrator, at info@omnificently.com. Contact this address with questions about the operator, service providers, access to your information or this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the name, email address and account information you provide; your invitation and assigned production role; password verification information; and the comments, proposed revisions and other material you choose to submit. We also retain records of agreement acceptance, including the account, time, policy versions and acknowledgement accepted. The site and its hosting service may log sign-in events, page requests, IP addresses, browser information and other security or error information necessary to operate and protect the workspace.

Please submit only information needed for your involvement in the project. Do not upload identity documents, financial account details, medical records or another person's private information unless the production has specifically arranged an appropriate and secure process.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to verify and administer invitations, provide access appropriate to your role, collaborate on production materials, attribute proposed changes, communicate about your participation, protect accounts and confidential material, keep an accurate record of permissions and agreement acceptance, respond to requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Account registration does not enrol you in a marketing list.

4. Who can access it

Authorized administrators can access information needed to administer and secure the project. Your display name and contributions may be visible to participants whose permissions include the relevant project material. Access to financial, personal, cast and other restricted material depends on the permissions assigned by production administration.

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, backups and technical support, allowing them to handle information only as needed for those services. We may disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law, including to obtain legal advice, respond to lawful requests, address a security incident or enforce project agreements.

5. Service providers outside Canada

Hosting, email or related technical services may involve processing and storage in the United States. Information processed outside Canada may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of that country. You can request information about our practices for service providers outside Canada from James Von, Production Administrator, at info@omnificently.com.

6. Cookies and security

The workspace uses cookies and similar technical storage as needed to maintain sign-in sessions, protect forms and remember necessary preferences. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information held. These include restricted account permissions and protection of account credentials. No website or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Protect your password, do not share an invitation or account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to the production privacy contact.

7. Retention and incidents

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including production administration, agreement evidence, rights records, security and legal requirements. Information no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized, subject to reasonable backup cycles and preservation requirements. Ending account access does not immediately erase necessary agreement or production records. We assess privacy incidents and make reports and notifications required by applicable law.

8. Your choices, access and correction

You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about its use, request account closure, or withdraw consent to future optional processing. We may verify your identity before responding. Requests are handled within applicable legal requirements and exceptions. If you withdraw consent needed to operate your account, we may be unable to continue providing access; we will explain any consequences. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta about unresolved privacy concerns.

9. Changes

We display the effective date and version of this policy. We retain the version associated with your acceptance and request fresh acknowledgement where a material change calls for it. We will obtain any additional consent required before using information for a new purpose.

10. Project rights

OMNIFICENTLY™ is the project's trade name and brand. Original project materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. All rights reserved. The User Agreement explains your permitted use of confidential production materials; accepting this policy does not transfer your copyright, personal story, cultural knowledge or likeness rights.
